hello.
we have SAP PI 7.1 and we need to work with hebrew language.
when I look at messages in the sxmb_moni that come from the adapter engine - I can see that
user = PIAFUSER with language = E
how can I change the language to hebrew (B) ?
I tried to change the exchange profile parameters:
com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.name
com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.language
but only the name of the user was changed and not the password.
please assist - max points will be given for a fast solution.
thanks ahead,
Imanuel.

When the language is changed, the characters in the password will also get changed....so now the user-id and password will differ....check the below note and ensure that password changes are done at the said points:

hello all.
the problem has been solved.
it seems that there is a bug in PI 7.10 SP8 - that takes the language parameter of:
com.sap.aii.integrationserver.serviceuser.language instead of com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.language
although the user is taken from: com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.name
thanks for everyone who tried to help.

Hello Imanuel
Unfortunately what you are trying to achieve is not possible. The texts in XI such as the exception texts that you see in
transaction sxmb_moni are only translated into a few languages, namely English, French, German and Japanese. I am sorry but the texts are not available in Hebrew.
Regards
Mark

hi.
first - thanks for trying to help.
I have already set the user lang to HE in SU01.
also I changed it in the exchange profile - and restarted the system -still no use.
I have also checked the RFC DEST in SM59 - and there is a different user there - also with hebrew.

sorry , I meant to write
com.sap.aii.adapterframework.serviceuser.language
but only the name of the user was changed and not the language.
