Cost plan from alt version (other than 000) as basis for budget in CJ30

Hi Experts

I have a preimenary project structure with WBS elements (latter the network structure with reources / components will be maintained).

I have overall cost plan in CO version 'V01' and ECP in CO version 'V02'.

But none of them is proposed as Planned total in CJ30 (Maintain Budget).

Please suggest if any setting is missed.

If the planned total in CJ30 is proposed from CO version '000' only, what would be solution for preliminary planning followed by high level budgetting.

In Cj30 you will get the CO version '000 , If you want to your can copy cost planning values of your version V01 & V02 to

Version 0 and do the budgeting Because you actual will happen to 0 only so, to compare your plan should be there idealy.

Apart from that network cost planning can only be done in 0 version. And system give you option of copying the your preliminary plannning to version 0.

in CJ30 after you enter the project and click on original budget

Go to settings and set plan version to the version you want

Now planned values are proposed from this version - the default is v0

To set planned version go to menu path in CJ30

Settings -> Planned total version and then set the version

I am able to get the planned total by chosing the version in settings, but i am unable to copy the values from version beloning to ECP.
