Hello,
I am trying to export the FBL1N data to XXL
but system is saving it in XML format instead of spreadsheet the dailog box is not appearing for setting.
Plz suggest

Hi Prem,
You need go by this way....menu option System->List->Save->Local File->Spreadsheet.
In the popup for file saving location and file name ....ensure you give .xls as file name extention.

Hi,
Run your report (FBL1N) and right-click anywhere on the report and select "Spreadsheet". This will allow you to change the format.
