May I use "dbmssslib.dll -version " OR "dbmssslib.dll -V" to show their versions on CMD line?

I don't think that is possible.
for windows, you can right-click -> properties, or normally we check the compilation date.
Table MSSDWDLLS stores info about the exe/dll files related to the
disp+work.exe for each SAP instance. You might find that dll info there.
