Where to find xNwBc.exe program

All,

I have the NWBC 3.0 client installation guide and it talks about adding the NWBC client to an installation server using the utility xNwBc.exe that you can download from service marketplace. It does not say where to exactly to get the file. I can't seem to find any nwbc client files accept version 1 patch 13. Does anyone know where to find this utility. or if not do you know how to add NWBC component to an installation server for silent installation.

unfortunatelly there is no nwbc.exe in my download (50102369.ZIP)

Any hints?

i want to deploy the NWBC via Microsoft SCCM in our network...

change the NWBC.exe to xNwBc.exe
