Transaction ES32 Installation not disconnected

Former Member

Hi Gurus,

What is the significance of the term 'Installation not disconnected' when we check for a particular installation.

I came across cases where the move out has happened, MRU is inactive and the final billing has already happened. Even in such cases it shows that the 'Installation not disconnected' with a green light.

Is that a normal scenario or what does it signify.

Please help.

Thanks and Regards,

abhay

Hi Abhay,

The green light is driving by disconnection document. Can you check whether there is any disconnection associate with the object.

If yes, enter disconnection for that document.

If no, create a disconnection for installation via transaction EC85 and enter disconnection.

Cheers,

Phon

Hi,

There are two different processes : a/move-out - contract is finished, but the installation must not be disconnected, and b/ disconnection - which means that the installation is physically disconnected from the distribution grid. In this case you have red light in the installation.
