Hi,

We are now performing Cleint deletion (ERP Package for Client Deletion) in varios clients. It is taking approxmate 15hrs to complete the phase "Start Deletion of Data in Receiver System - TD09P_START_JOBS.

We have 6 clients to delete. Is ther any way to speed up the process?

will any manual deltion of tables will help?

Please suggest

thank you

Raki

Hello Raki,

We faced tha same issue the first time we refreshed our DEV, what we did was to updated table indexes and statistics before client deletion.

Hope this helps!!

Hi Harziel Effendie Hahi

Your query is not clear, please elaborate as to what you mean by green flag error. Generally green flag does not indicate a error.

Thanks,

Pankaj.

Raki,

We had the same problem and stumbled upon this. Continue with your ERP Package for Client Deletion.

Then in se16 run V_CNVTDMS_09_CTR enter your package number and increase the max parallel progs per table. This way

you are deleting from multiple tables multiple times. Your client will need to be open for modification before you do this.

Hope this helps

Adrian

Tables are not deleted but the content of the tables relevant for the client.

You could, before you start the TDMS package, delete the clients using transaction SCC5 and configure a number of parallel processes (depending on your hardware). Then copy an empty client (e. g. profile SAP_UCSV) from the source system to the target. Then start the TDMS package.
