change requisitioner in shopping cart

Hi All,

Pls help on the below issue:

where one of our requisitioners is leaving the company and we know he has several PRs / POs in the system. We need to reassign these to another user since he will no longer be with the company to complete the confirmations. Can any onetell me if this is possible? Is there something one can do as a system administrator to reassign hisen items to another user? If we canu2019t change the requisitioner, what is the u201Cbest practiceu201D to manage this situation when someone leaves the company?

Please let know if this is possible and how.

I guess you can very well chnage the Requitioner in the PR or PO right?

and if it is a cart,nothing can be done...

When a user leaves a compnay ,usually his USer ID is removed from the srm system,this will not allow the approver to open the cart,ideally what can be done is as an Adminisitartor, from Monitor SC you can delete it and ask to request a new one.

Hi Biswanath,

To post a confirmation against a PO, there are 2 options. One to post confirmations for SC's / PO's created by the same user and the other to post confirmations 'Centrally' i.e. to post confrimations for PO's created by other users. So an user who has the authorization to post Confirmations centrally can post the same for a PO / SC created by another user.
