We are using sapscript to print kind of invoice, but when check the print preview is so much clear, i´ve check the sapwin to our format , below form print initialization, Does someone has idea what can be done?

I see that you print "draft" mode and that your font has size 10 - but it doesn't tell if the font used in the sapscript form is available on the frontend or not (or possible mappings to other fonts). To get a better help since it's very difficult to impossible without system access and really "looking" at the environment I would create an OSS call. There are too many different places where this error can be (kernel patchlevel, SAP_BASIS support package, printer settings, print controls, SAPGUI version....)

the letters in printpreview are clear, i cannot see. I try to way to change that for more visible
