SUBCONTRACTING CHALLAN is the document used to issue & track subcontracting work . This is used as reference of the Material which were sent to subcontractor and make sure that all are returned .
The configuration part is in
IMG->LOGISTICS-GENERAL>TAX ON GOODS MOVEMENT-->
There you will find all the settings for the India localisation
to Create the SUBCONTRACTING CHALLEN---
SAP EASY MENU->lLOGISTICS->INDIRECT TAXES->PROCUREMENT->SUBCONTRACTING-.>SUBCONTRACTING CHALLANS>CREATE.
