Delivery Qty. empty in VL01N

The issue is at Delivery [VL01N]

Delivery Qty. is empty for my item NucoIM_ which is a batch item { Batch No. 0000000352 not reflected in Order, So entered manually}

When I gave Dlv Qty. and Picking Qty. THE ERROR IS

Only 0 MG of material NUCO_IM 0000000352 available

Plz. Throw some lights on the error. And let me know,

should we enter batch number manually in order item or it will propose automatically.

Hi,

It seems you are in make-to-order scenario.

you might have posted stock using MB1C in unrestristed stock, but when your order is make-to-order, you cant create a delivery with unrestricted stock.

If you are in test system , then you can post the stock again with respect to a particular order and try to create a delivery.

It seems that Material iu want to deliver is not in stock for given batch.

Do check in MMBE for Batch u r putting in VLO1N.

After creating Stock in [MB1C] it has been delivered.

I did even [MSC1n] and [VCH1]

Is there anything else I have to do to process it.

Any other guideline, Please...

If issue is with stock transfer, I willsuggest u to put it on MM FORUM with different subject line like STOCK TRANSFER.

U will get fast answer.

Its not STOCK TRANSFER

Its the delivery I'm doing for the material maintained in batch.

Sales order saved, I entered the batch number manually in the order and I'm doing delivery now but with this error.

Please suggest.........

Check whether safety stock is maintained in material master MRP view. Next check whether any delivery is created and saved without doing PGI which you can do so in VL21 or VL06G. In fact, MD04 will show the stock in blue colour.

I do agree it is error in delivery but this error is because of stock is not available for given date in given batch.

You need tyo recheck your stock transfer activity.

When looking at the issue, it seems like there is no qty available in stock for the material.

Please check the stock in MMBE.

Material having stock of 1000 units, which shows at Material Master as I created at [MB1C]

But in [MMBE] its not showing i.e. stock is nil

What I should do to create delivery for this batch material and

How the delivery Qty. field will become active So that I can do the Picking
