You may find it useful to contact the SAP Customer Advisory Office as they will have access to the up to date information. At the moment, it is still in development so things will still be subject to change.

The next version is called GRC 2010.

As far as I know, next major release for all the GRC products (Access Control (hopefully 6.0 if SAP doesn't number it something else), Process Control, Risk Management, GTS and NFE) is targeted for late 2010.

I believe the next version is being called GRC 2010.

As Amol says, the aim is Late 2010 as far as I am aware but I have heard that it is only just completing the 1st round of development (there are normally 3 I think).

I do know that it is primarily deployed on ABAP without the Java stack!

Per my knowledge it is being developed using ABAP webdynpro and will have all the configuration defined at single place. ex..connectors will be defined at one place..no separate connector configuration for different components.
