my requirement is : we are creating open sales orders for a period 1 year. based on the sales order we will generate delivery & billing for the enitre year, for multiple deliveries how system will calculate monthly billing qty??
scale: based on monthly billing qty.
if customer lifted qty is 50000 units the price is 10, after the qty it shoulb be Rs. 9/- only .. and this rates applicable monthly basis, but sales order created for 1 year.
i have maintained a condition XXXX, i have maintained scale basis C - Quantity scale, Scale type - D Graduated interval.
in sales order i can able to see scale prices...
Please advise.
Hi,
As per your Question, You want to Give the GRADUATED SCALE price for the Sales order created only for 1 year
If so then you can achieve this with the CONDITION UPDATE and CONDITION INDEX
Check these two Field for your condition type and while maintaining the CONDITION RECORDS in the VK11 you will get an option in the ADDITIONAL SALES DATA (F7) with No of day & No of Order there you can maintain the period in Number of days
If this is not the requirement, please can you brief more clearly

santosh

Dear vemuri,
additional sales data was not fulfilled my requirement..
my requirement wise in a particular month customer material taken like
Billed qty price month wise cumulative qty
5000 10 5000
20000 10 25000
20000 10 45000
10000 (5000 - 10 & 5000 -9) 55000
if cumulative qty is morethan 50k it should be rs9/- for a particular monthwise..
Please advise now.
Hi,
This requirement cannot be fulfilled using pricing functionality.
Please look at using Rebates as an alternative. Here you can set up scales on the condition types to meet the requirement that you mentioned.
