C Form issue in SO

Hi SAP Gurus.

Below is small requirement for SO...

when an SO is prepared in SAP for a particular customer whose forms have not been received it should prompt a message of pending form along with details of outstanding forms and liability thereon, if it can come from system. If possible there could also be credit block put in place if there is continues non receipt of forms from a particular customer for more than 2 quarter or as the time frame which management decides.

Dear Shri,

1. Use J1IUN - Forms tracking transaction to enter FORM details.

2. To perform check for the relevant form, use the following user exit.

Use user exit "USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE" in the program MV45AFZZ.

It will perform check before saving the sales document.

1. How do we find available user exits for a given t code?

2. How could we apply it?

3. Are you trying to say that the user exit mentioned by you would not allow a user to save a Sales order unless Tax form details have been captured in J1IUN t code?

To search for user exit, use following link:

SD related user exits are given in IMG- SD -System Modifications -User Exits

2. How could we apply it?

Technical Consultant will be required for that.

3. Are you trying to say that the user exit mentioned by you would not allow a user to save a Sales order unless Tax form details have been captured in J1IUN t code?

User exit can be used to define your requirement, perform the necessary check & perform the desired action for the found results. Again Technical Consultant will be required for that.
