From a security perspective, our current business process revolves around manual password assignment to a new BP account. Member of the security team assign a manual password of their choice which they send to new user who is required to change it at first logon. We want SAP to assign an automatic password when an account is created. Is there a solution?
What I meant is, can a password be generated automatically for security team member when they are creating a user. Right now security team member sets a password of his choice and emails the user. So from an audit point, he may use the same password all day. If there was a way password is generated by the system, we can bypass this. Hope that clears
