Hi,

I believe you converted your file to tiff format and trying to upload into SAP through RSTXLDMC program.

I face the similar situation earlier.

You have to convert your file e.g. pict.bmp into tiff format using adobe photoshop and then upload into SAP through the program.

It will work then.

I my case i did this thing and it worked.

Hope,this helps you.

Hi !

You must have a strictly TIFF formated file.

To get one you can try "IrfanView".

See www.irfanview.com and save as TIFF.

IrfanViews TIFF files allways worked in our SAP...

Rainer

Some points would be nice if that helped a bit.

may be because you are using uncompressed tiff images.

Use only UNCOMPRESSED TIFF formats.

Use standard programs to create TIFF formats.convert the image to tiff file using adobe photoshop OR Photo Editor. then it will work

you can upload bmp images using transaction : SE78.

Hi Kiran,

Once you convert the image to TIFF file don't alter the size and shape of the tiff file, directly upload it via RSTXLDMC.

if you alter the size then it will give the same error.

try to save it again using some Photo editor software and save it as TIFF file, then upload it will work.
