CRM_TXT_ID for SOLMAN EHP1

Hello SolMan gurus!

I have SolMan EHP1 SPS21.

I need to restrict access on Text ID in service messages. I need that users can see one text object (SU01, SU99 etc.), but support man another (SUZZ, SU14 etc.)

For customizing this feature, I've activated BAdI AI_SDK_TEXT_AUTH in step "Business Add-In for Text Authorization Check".

In standart roles SAP_SUPPDESK* I've change field for object CRM_TXT_ID, but user can still see all text objects.

I found these steps in Scenario-Specific Settings-> SAP Partner-Specific Settings -> Service Desk for Service Provider-> General Settings -> Activate Text Types (SPRO):

Activate the check globally in text customizing.

1. Choose the object CRM_ORDERH by double-click in the Text Objects area.

2. Choose Schema by double-click in the left-hand hierarchy tree.

3. Choose New Entries.

4. Enter ZAUTCHCK as Schema.

5. Save your entries

But I didn't find any like "Schema".... Is this customizing needed?

Could someone help me?

I do have the same question.

I am implemeting the Service Desk.

I have read the recommendations in the SPRO :

. Choose the object CRM_ORDERH by double-click in the Text Objects area.

1. Choose Schema by double-click in the left-hand hierarchy tree.

2. Choose New Entries.

3. Enter ZAUTCHCK as Schema.

4. Save your entries.

I do not understand "Choose Schema by double-click in the left-hand hierarchy tree" ?

I have double-clicked on CRM_ORDERH object.

But then, on the left, what did you choose ?

The IMG activity text does not match the terms in the IMG activity.

The term "Schema" in the IMG activity needs to be replaced by "Procedure".

It was not translated correctly from language DE -> EN.

The IMG activity is not relevant, when the Work Center is used for message processing.
