& used Plain HTML Tab in SR13 & filled the required details in oredr to access teh File from Unix Drive

Variant Platform Area Path Language

HTML File WIN32 IWBHELP /scratch/alex/SAPHelp/PLAINHTM EN

But while trying to access the Help File via SPA menu Help _> Application Help

It thorws Error message

Could not find file "/scratch/alex/SAPHelp/PLAINHTM/EN\52\67119143b11d1896f0000e8322d00\frameset.htm"

Can Anybody Please let me know , the way I am doing is right or not & these files exist but from where

As far as I can see the problem is very simple, when you call the helpfiles from your GUI (windows) it try to pull the information from Unix. Have you tried using SAMBA?

Hi Deepak,

As jyan said , you unix you have to use SAMBA for sharing the mount point.

That mount should be accessing for user.

Gui indirectly call the share mount for showing the HTML files.

Thanks
