Need inputs on FTP adapter error ?

Hello All,

Please check the log in RWB.

Information Write to ftp server "ftps.xxxxxxxxx.se", directory "/pr/smek/ftp_home/aaaaa/0001069133647/in", -> file "FIKS_A79381620091201-045556-181.txt".

Information Transfer: "TXT" mode, size 269 bytes, encoding ISO-8859-1.

Error File processing failed with com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 500 UX-File name must comply with ssss_rrrrrrrr.txt User Exit denies Userid 'Z30H141' from using Command 'STOR'.

Error Adapter Framework caught exception: UX-File name must comply with ssss_rrrrrrrr.txt User Exit denies Userid 'Z321312' from using Command 'STOR'.

Error Delivering the message to the application using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: An error occurred while connecting to the FTP server 'ftps.xxxxxxxxxx.se:21'. The FTP server returned the following error message: 'com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 500 UX-File name must comply with ssss_rrrrrrrr.txt User Exit denies Userid 'Z321312' from using Command 'STOR'.'. For details, contact your FTP server vendor..

Information The message status was set to WAIT.

Please give your inputs about the error.

It seems there is some restriction in the folder on the file name. i think the FTP server expects the file to be in a specific format in that folder. Can you confirm on this with the FTP admin?

Hi Chinna,

probably the firewall is blocking access to FTP from XI server.

Contact the FTP server related guys, because this error should be related to the FTP server.
