Dear All,
When we go to create a customer master, we have the very first field "Title" which is meant to address the customer as "Mr"," Ms." and so on.
Can somebody tell where we need to maintain so that when the user does the F4 or search the new title also appears in the list.

Please follow this menu path: SPRO >> Cross-Application Components >> SAP Business Partner >> Business Partner >> Basic settings >> Form of Address. Here you can enter the tiles; you can assign whether this refers person, Group or organization and gender.

SA04 Name prefixes (centr. addr. admin.)

Hi,
Goto the TRANSACTION CODE SA03 and there you can maintain the PERSONAL & ORGANISATIONAL TITLES
This field will be displayed in the CUSTOMER MASTER as FORM OF ADDRESS

IMG>SAP Netweaver>Application server>Basis Services>Address Management-->Forms of Address & Name Component
