Hi,
I have checked the view source code. It is having correct details
for eg..
SAP Integrated ITS, WebAS: C11, workprocess: 0
All rights reserved.
Creation time: Thu Dec 03 11:10:16 2009
Charset: utf-8
Template: bbpstart/99/bbpglobal_800.html -->
<!-- No session management -->
I published the Template again for BBPGLOBAL.
Only page cannot be displayed is coming.
There is some link missing between the SRM server and the ITS.
Can you figure out what it is ? We are stuck
Regards

Hello Ganesh,
Go to SM50 and activate the trace for the webgui component and trace level 2 for DIA processes. Then reproduce the issue.
Look at the "view source" again and the workprocess number will be near the top (as in your previous reply). The trace for that workprocess (dev_w0) should then give more details of what is missing.
Often with BBPSTART you need to publish multiple services. So it is probably just missing an internet service, the trace should tell you which one.

Hi,
I have checked in SM 50 .except the no 1 all are in Waiting, I have checked with Basis also they are telling this is normal
Where we can find the trace.
Still the Page cannot be displayed is found when i click on shop .
Data is getting displayed in Default setting .
What could be the error. Is there any config is missed (or) any thing from the Basis.
I am almost stuck for more than 10 days.
Pelase help out.
Regards
G.Ganesh Kumar
