Dear Shilpa
what is the file format of the image file you are going to use?
Lets assume that, you are using *.jpg (you may change this accoring to your requirement.
Go to IMG>Cross-Application Components>Document Management>General Data>Define Workstation Application
Now here you define new work station application, say for example, IMG . Give the description of your choice. Specify archive identification. Define file formats (for JPEG files, it's *.jpg, for Bitmap files, it's *.bmp etc). Save it. click back.
Now select "IMG" & click on Define workstation application in network . Here click on New entries, Chose the workstation application as IMG, chose your Data carrier type. Now chose your Application type (you'll have to do the same excerice for 3 time for the application types 1, 2 & 3 respectively). Then in path with prog. name enter EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1 %SAP-CONTROL%.
This should fulfill your requirement.
Thanks

Shilpa.
In the last post, I explained the configuration part of it.
And this config should also work for Easy DMS & Web DMS also.
First check this on SAP system (Not on EDMS/ Web DMS), using CV01N. Once you check in the file in CV01N, check whether the image file is getting displayed in integrated viewer of SAP or not.
Then we shall further discuss on this.
Thanks
