Installation Problem - Solution Manager 7 EHP1

Dear All,

O/S : Windows 2003 - 64bit

SAP Sofrware : Solution Manager 7 EHP1

Database : Oracle 10g

When I am installing Solution Manager 7 EHP1, I am facing following problems.

1. After running SAPInst.exe - i.e for Windows X86_64, it asks various souce disk path multpliple times and extract location.

for example :

Java Component : it asks 4 times Java Component and extract it.

Installation Export 1 and 2 : it asks for 2 times.

I have entered all the information every time. After than instllation terminated with the following error during "Creating SAP Users"

as error message shows below.

FSL-01001 Unable to check existence of account rlssma\SAPServiceSME. The Workstation service has not been started.

kindly start workstation service and resume your installation.

Yes, the service was not started even it is in Auto mode.

Now installation is complited successfuly.

Check the status of the following services. If it is not started ,start it
