Please see whether the connector (System) defined in ERM is being used in Landscape - if yes then remove the association and then try to delete the connector (system).

And in case this doesn't work - please share the error message which you gets.

Hi D P Singh,

There is no association between Landscape and the expired system.

The error message is 'One or more roles generated on this connector; check connector before deleting',

I am sure about that there is no role generated on this connector, because the roles in this GRC system is imported from the other GRC system.

Thank you.

Hi Brian,

Can you see the roles under ERM --> Role Management --> Role --> Search --> Are there any roles associated to this connector (system).

If yes then first you need to delete those - Choose the option delete from front end only. Refresh the screen and see all roles associated to this connector has been deleted or not.

As long as the connector (system) is mapped to anything , deletion would not work - and in most of the cases it gives you error message why deletion is not working.

Good Luck , Hope this would help you in resolving this issue!
