Satadal:

Table TE410 enables you to specify that orders are not created for inactive installations.

Hi,

I dont get wht did u mean by valid contract.Even we presume a contract is invalid still we can check by creating a Z program which call TCode EL01 where user will have to enter contract mandatory instead of Installation, then on clicking on Execute the program should open to a screen where user has to enter installation.on submission the program will check contract with installation thru EVER & EANLH combination.if it proves valid then MRO will be created.Otherwise error msg should popup saying you have entered wrong Contract or installation.

I think ur requirment is something like that.if u have any other requirment pls get back to me.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

Actually my requirement is to stop creation of MRO through mass creation process (EL06) if there is no Move In / Active Contract on that date.

Hi,

This will be possible thru EL06 user exit where u can check contract with date 31.12.9999 & move-out date < todays date.if this is the case then MRO will not be created otherwise normal process will follow.

I think this will suffies ur purpose. If any problem pls get back to me.
