Shopping / Purchase order items matching

Hello Experts,

We are facing an issue with PO items order. We are running on SRM 5.0 Extended classic scenario.

PO will get created automatically once the shopping card is completely ordered.

For example : In Shopping cart items like item1, item 2 u2026upto item 9

The same items is not matching with PO items item1, item 2u2026upto item9

Shopping cart item1 is converted to PO item 5

Shopping cart item2 is converted to PO item 9 u2026etc.

Its happen with one PO so far , and we are not able replicate the same issue .

Can anybody give me some pointers why this is happening? How we can sort these items?
