Hi All,

Status Profile 13000000 u201CPS Customer Project (IDES)u201D is assigned as PD sts. Profile and WBS sts. Profile in the Project Profile 2001 u201CTurbine model group 1u201D

Project T-20001 u201CTurbine model Gr01u201D has Project Profile 2001 u201CTurbine model group 1u201D HOWEVER; the Project Definition & WBS elements didnu2019t take the Status Profile 13000000 u201CPS Customer Project (IDES)u201D as a default value u2026u2026 WHY??

I created an Authorization key

I assigned this Authorization key to Status subp u201CTeilprojekte vorhandenu201D in the Status Profile 13000000 u201CPS Customer Project (IDES)u201D

I changed the Status subp manually in the in a WBS element in the Project T-20001 u201CTurbine model Gr01u201D and the system doesnu2019t check my authorization to do sou2026WHY??

NOTE: my user has the Profile SAP_ALL u201CAll SAP System authorizationsu201D; DOES this mean the authorization check is not applicable for this user??

If yes, HOW can I maintain the Authorization key in such a way so that check the authorization and allow only the required users to set/delete the Status subp u201CTeilprojekte vorhandenu201D

Check how was the project T-20001 created

Did you use a template - if so check the status profile on the template - this could be different for the project profile

secondly if you have SAP_ALL then authorisation key will not affect your user

get rid of sap_all for you and then you can check

alternatively create a test user with the correct authorisation and check
