Early watch Alerts(EWA) need to send SAP

Dear All,

We configured Early watch alerts(EWA) in Solution Manger EWA will get generated Weekly once but those alerts are sending to SAP weekly but our requirement is Month once only we need to send EWA to SAP.

Please suggest .........

Hi Pavan,

At transaction DSWP, select your solution->Operations Setup->Solution Monitoring->EarlyWatch Alert->Setup EarlyWatch Alert.

Here there is a column "Send EWA Alerts to SAP". I think that you have this checkbox marked. Please unmark it and try to schedule another EW Alert.

Very Thanks for your quick response

But in the Set Up Solution Alert I can see the field Period(Days) 7 as default.

I can not change the days because it is there in the display mode.But my requirement is monthly once(30 days) I need to send SAP.

Please suggest ....

Dear Pavan,

Please go to transaction "SDCCN" and select the menu " Go To -- Settings --- Task Specific ".

In that screen under node "Session data collection - Data request - Settings" click on the table icon.

You can change the value of Repeat every 7 days to 30 days as per requirement.
