Error:Table TCURC has 0 entries in every new client

Hi

When I create a new client using client copy of DDIC the new client's Table TCURC has 0 entries. I try 3 to 4 times but result is same.

how can I import all the 191 entries to this client's Table TCURC?

The Selected Profile is "SAP_USER" When Login as a "DDIC" & goto SE16 and select all 191 entries in TCURC But

In SE16 option "Transport Entries" is disable or inactive.

Which profile you selected for the client copy?

To transport some entry of your table, or all the records, use the transaction SE16, and select all the desired record.

Go to Table Entry, and select Transport Entries. The system ask you to create a transport request.

And then you are able to transport.Follow the below link for the same.
