Dear All,
What is the Meaning of Sales Order Outbond Delivery.
Regards
Possibly, this could be the outbound delivery created referring a sales order unlike referring a scheduling agreement, STO etc.,
Thanks,
Ravi

the goods which we are sending outside is outbound( that i scustomer), for the goods which we move internally that is inbound delivery, that is stock transfer orders.

Looking at your profile, I could understand that you are from FI/CO area. This is a basic question and you should have searched the forum before asking the question.
The delivery can be an Outbound delivery (involves Goods Issue) for outward movement of stocks or an Inbound delivery (involves Goods Receipt) for inward movement of stocks.

Ravi

Hi,
From Delivery configuration one can control whether any reference document is required for an delivery docuement. Under define delivery type - order refernce field you can input your requirements for reference delivery creation.
T.code VL01no is used to create the delivery without any refernce.
regards
Vivek.
Sales Order and Outbound Delivery are 2 separate activity. However in the case of Rush Order or Cash Sales, Outbound Delivery is automatically created. In the Change mode of Outbound Delivery, Picking anf PGI is done.
Also as mentioned by Lakshmipathi, it is also possible to create Delivery without Sales Order. But generally this is avaoided, so that Sales Reports have impact i.e there is a possibility of Sales orders value being less than Billing value.
If there is something more sprecific your question refers to, please elaborate.

In some cases, you can create delivery directly without referencing a sale order. So we can conclude that sale order delivery means, a delivery is created referencing a sale order.
thanks
