In case of proforma invoicing with reference to order / delivery, the PGI must not be done while creating delivery,is it?
Proforma Invoice is just a replica of Invoice and not related to PGI. If PGI is not done after Delivery and Goods are despatched, there will be a mismatch in Inventory. The goods will move out of Inventory only after PGI is done.

Hi,
For proforma invoice, PGI is not required. As profroma invoice is just for information and there is no accounting document is created against proforma. PGI is for stock accounting as with out Post goods issue system will not reduce the stock from system inventory and there is no material movement docuemnt will be created.
regards
Vivek.
