Mass deletion of location product in APO

Dear Gurus,

I have a question resgarding above-mentioned situation.

Is there a any method to delete massively lacation products in APO.

Hi Seung Won

YOu can set a deletion flag using mass transaction and then set run the job for deleting product locations from APO.

if your products are already marked for deletion in R/3, you can CIF the deletion flag into APO and run the deletion job in APO.

however please ensure that you do not have any transaction/master data on those product locations. you may want to WUF to check the same.

Hi Lee,

You need to carry out the following procedure to

delete location products in APO

1) Identify the location products to be deleted

2) Set deletion flags in R/3

3) CIF it to APO

4) Once it is done, inactivate the integration

models

5) Run /sapapo/ccr for transactional data for

those location products and clear the inconsistencies.

6) Delete any transactional data in APO

using /sapapo/rlcdel transaction

7) Delete any transactional data in R/3 as

well

😎 Remove all master data maintained in R/3 and

APO mainained for those location products

say like transportation lane, quota etc.,

9) Once all steps are done, using supply chain

engineer or in product view or using massd

transaction, delete the location products selected.

10) If any errors with transaction data pops up, carry

out steps 1 to 8 to clear all errors
