Language Handle

Hello all,

I am new on SAP MDM and i have to do a demo for a client.

Everything is ok for now except for language selection.

e.g :

In English, we must have in our catalog the material A, B, C.

In Spanish, A, B, C must correspond at D, E, F.

In Korean, D, E, F corresponds to W, X,Y.

If in Korea, they modify W, X, Y it will be see on A, B, C in English.

Is their a link to create between those "objects" or the fact to connect on the language we want during the opening of the data manager will manage this problem ?

Hi,

in MDM you can create one field as multilingual and specify in the console, which languages you 'd like to use.

After that you can maintain the name of the fields in different languages , so if you are logged in one or another language you see different field names as you have maintained them per corresponding language.

The same applies to the values of multilingual fields.
