Hi
"Drill down" refers to the various levels at which you can view the data....
for eg....if u have a cvc combination like
Country/State/City/Prodgrp/Prod
Then u can view data in any of the selection...ie.at country level...or to the lower levels...like city
And @Macros
Macros has 4 levels...4 distinct elements
1)Macro description
2)Macro step
3)Result row
4)Argument row...
These are the different levels in a macro....
I hope this helps u....
Pls assign me relevant points if u find this answer useful...

Hi Prabhat,
Let us assume a scenario,
there r 3 keyfigures A,B and C. Now, u have a Macro which adds A and B and stores it in C.
If u use this Macro as Default, then whenever u change data in A or in B, C is automatically calculated and refreshed with the changed value with respect to the Macro.
If u use this Macro as Level change, then on changing datas at A or B will not change the value of C directly. For that u need to save. Or else u need to view at a drill down level, where the change will get affected and u can get the changed value of Keyfigure C.
Hope it clarifies ur query.
Regards
Sunshine
