Workflow not getting started

Hi Experts,

I need guidance or support from you, this SRM 5.0 version on the ERP 6.0 client.

I have made the all the required workflow settings and activated the start conditions i.e shopping cart W/O approval .

But still when I raise a shopping cart it the status it shows as awaiting approval and not getting approved.

In the BBP_PD trxn there is no workitem Id getting generated for this.

Can anyone explain me how to setup the workflow setting for a shopping cart i.e no approval required which means shopping cart does not require any approval process .

Please explain in detail it shall help in resolving this issue.

Hello,

Check in SWI6 transaction if a workflow has been created, but it terminated in error.

It is possible that workflow goes to error and for this reason it is not displayed anymore in BBP_PD.

Refresh the Workflow Buffers with TAC SWU_OBUF

Go to SWEL tranX and check whether event corresponding to the object is triggered or not.

Hi,

Please check basic workflow configuration has been completed.

Go to SWU3 transaction, Extras -> Start Verification Workflow.

If it is OK, check the event type linkage. Transaction SWETYPV. Make sure the type linkage is active.
