Personnel Actions in SAP HR

Hi all,

I want to create a new action type in SAP HR.I have copied an existing action and have given it a new name.Now what are the different tables that I need to maintain?Is there any code to be written?I also want the action type that i created to be appeared on the PA40 transaction screen.Please tell me the procedure.

Please refer to the table PA0302 HR Master Record: Infotype 0302 (Additional Actions).
