Registering Item types

Hii SDN Gurus,

while registering Item types from the ERP-2004 system aliases of Business Workflow systems. I am getting following errors.

Errors

System SAPR_3: Mon May 29 14:42:46 EDT 2006 (Connector) :com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.connect.ConnectorException:Mon May 29 14:42:46 EDT 2006 (Connector) :com.sapportals.portal.ivs.cg.SystemNotFoundException:Failed to get system null

Please guide me to resolve these errors.

Hi John,

it seems you haven't yet defined your UWL systems (refer to "Failed to get system null") the portal tries to register item types from.

Please do this in System Administration -> System Configuration -> Universal Worklist & Workflow -> Universal Worklist -> UWL Systems Configuration.

Hi

Try with

1) did you register the system with sld (http://<hostname>:<port>/sld

2) Did you create the JCo and test the connection?.
