Hi,
We are creatng production orders directly in R/3 yet are not passing to APO.
We have set up the CIF for product, location, resource, PDS, production orders for the product location in question. We have no user exits in place for production orders.
We have created production versions and have PPDS and SNP PDS in APO. It works in our test system but not our operational system.
The order does is not sitting in SMQ1/2 in R/3 or APO and in CIF log (CFG1) the create/change does appear but it is a grey message (not green, yellow or red). We do not have post processing logs activated but i've checked them anyway.
Can anyone offer any advice on why it is not publishing to APO? What is the trigger for it publishing to APO? Is there any other way of viewing where we can see the error (if it is an error) might be occuring?
Thanks
Andrew
Thanks for your help.
There was an inconsistency in MARC-APOKZ. By running RAPOKZFX this removed inconsistency and now sends orders to APO.

Hi Andrew,
Please check on the following
1) Check whether active integration model available for production orders
2) Try running /sapapo/ccr for production orders and check any errors
3) Check the application logs of CIF transfer
4) Check distribution definition defined in customisation
5) Check object specific settings for publication in customisation
6) Check production order number range is defined in R/3 customisation

Is there any message coming while activating integration model production orders. Also ensure that there is only one active integraton model for orders in your system.
If they are not appearing in queue then also check have you registered queue in SMQR.
