Hello Gurus,
I have a cenario in SNP-CTM that I'd like to use 2 PPMs to produce the same products (2 different ways). Besides, something we can use both line to produce it however limiting the capacity as it was only one line (the line is not dedicated to only this product).
I intend to use quotization in order to determine for example: 70% in line 1 and 30% in line 2, however I coudn't reach that, the CTM product in only one PPM.
I'd like to know if it is possible in CTM cenario, use the quotization in order to use 2 PPM to produce one product. If so, is there a tip to provide that?
Could you help me?
Thanks and regards.
Marcos.
Hi,
In the CTM Profile are you using "Plan all resources finitely" on the strategies Tab > special strategies>capacity Planning ?
if not then try with Plan all resources finitely.
What is the Planning horizon of your Resources ?
Are you using 2 different resources for 2 different PPM ?
Thanks,
Pavan Verma

Hello Gurus,
I've found the reason of this issue.
This is a flag into Quota arrangement that needs to be flagged (Allow Requirement Splitting). Put also a value of 1at least as qty into minimun spplit quantity.

Hello Pavan,
actually, I'm using this option to plan all resources finitly. Also, I'm planning 2 different resource in 2 different PPMs.
Both have the same planning horizon and I'm planning my whole horizon...
Any idea?
Thanks for the reply.
Regards.
Marcos.
