Activating Business Content

What is the best approach to activate Inventory related Business Content. Would it be bottom up i.e. InfoSources to queries or vice versa. Thanks

I think better is top down, you reduce the space of acivation.

What do want to active a query and necesary objects in ETL flow for it, or activate all queries, infoproviders, infoobjects, etc feed by the same infosource? I think the answer is the first one, isn't it?

Top Down: When you know the requirement perfectly. or

Bottom up : If you dont know the repoting requierement.
