Hi
tell me how to create reworkorder , with qm
I am not very sure about ,if there is any conept such as Rework order in QM exists (In PM its possible)
But If you have put the material in block stock then,
In FICO there is one concept of "Internal Order" which has one requesting cost center & responcible cost center.
You can create this internal order with G/L account such as "Faulty Wokmanship or Vendor fault"
Now whenever there is rejection occure what ever cost is associated with the Quality rework can be captured against the Internal order.
Activity Hrs can be captured through KB21-->aganist order.
Material for Rework can be booked against order by -->MB21 -->261 mvt type.
At the end of the month all cost will be accumulated in a cost centers( run KO88) & can be seen through KSB1
I hope this will add some value

Sujit

Dear Baswa Raj
You can use these steps to address Rework
Rework & rejection
1. Reject the material in QA32 to block stockcost centre
2. Create a rework order using Tcode Co01 order type (PP03)
3. Enter the Parent production order number in the goods receipt tab in Co01. (inbound delivery)
4. Issue goods against the rework order using MIGO
5. confirm the rework order through co11n
6. Move the material back from block to quality using Tcode MB1B u2013 349 movement type (activate 08 inspection)
7. Inspection lot created
8. do the posting accordingly
