Excise Invoice J1IIN

Dear All,

i have confusion, is it possible to create J1IIN for branch invoice.actually i know its happening in plant invoice.after billing through VF01 we have ot create excise invoice through J1IIn.same manner happen if selling material through branch also

Dear Ajit,

you mean to say, you want to issue invoice on branch from the factory.

Hope you are processing it as STO's- if so, then you can very well create J1IIN for branch invoice.

if not,

Provide complete requirement.

yes i know that J1IIN is required at the time of stock transfer.My issue is if i am selling material through Branch/Depo to the end customer,J1IIN is required for completing the cycle.As my knowledge after delivery J1IJ required then PGI then Invoice.am i correct..

You are correct.

At Plant level it will be J1IIN, but at Depot / Branch Level, it will be J1IJ.
