Hi All,

Our Client Created the manual lot with T code QA01. Then defect punched with qty then create notification against vendor then UD done. As per this scenario developed a vendor PPM report. They have done some wrong entries they want to reverse back the qty. I tried But system not allowed due to UD done . If change the UD the defective qty is not reversed & PPM value is also not reversed . I want to reverse the qty & PPM value. In this case I need your valuable input.

Hi

Normally Manually created Inspection lot can be calcel & status can be changed to LTCA.

Also you can any time go and change UD for Inspection lot throgh QA01

In QA02>Inspection lot->functions->cancel lt.

This will cancel the lot.

In your PPM program if it is customized then you can add condition like LTCA lots should not be consider.

You can not change the result recorded not defects recorded.
