value of codition type is not coming

Dear All,

In sales order creation if i am putting discount condition type manually it is not coming.actually base value showing is zero so because of this value is showing zero.i checked in pricing procedure in FROM column for this discount condition type steps number is there.Some other controls are there in ECC 6.0.

check whether you have checked statistical for the price in the procedure..

what exactly you want ?? as per understanding your thread your Base price is Zero and you have discount condition type which will calculates based on the Base price , If Base Price is ZERO then how system will calculated the percentage of Discount. If not exlplain what you are looking for, so that it will help full.

you are right that Condition base value is zero.so discount is zero because of condition base value.but my question is why base value is taking zero.base value is not zero in my procedure,i checked base value is 2397.04.but in case of this discout base value taking zero.i think now you will understand what i am saying.

actually i am creating credit notes for customer with reference to invoice no. In copying control i did not maintain pricing type D so that system could not copy same pricing. I maintaining manually in sales order & applying ZCR1 condition type(discount).its calculating on base value but in condition base value value coming zero.so i am putting this condition 23% discount its calculating on base value that is zero.
