Civil Sales

Freight Received

Expenditure B

RM consumption

Store & spares consumption

salary & wages

Freight & Transport

Site expense

Net P/L A-B

Pls advice

Dear Avijit Barman,

Its depend upon your process. Bascially we cant expect project wise P & L account. If you want there are lot of reports ther to shows the balancess. But if u wnat P & L accont, Create a Profit Center for Each and Every Proejct and Assign then u can able to see the P & L account throught the Profit Center.

There are two Std reports which may suit your requirement

S_ALR_87013565 - Planned Contribution Margin

S_ALR_87013566 - Actual Contribution Margin

in this report you will get plan cost/actual cost and plan revenue/actual revenue and the net margin.

You can use Value categories to identify the cost/revenue in different heads like RM consumption, sales, Wages etc.,

Just check these reports.
