to transfer goods from one company to other using a HU

HI

Please let me know if the following scenario is supported by SAP

1.Using a handling unit HU goods are moved from one plant P1 to P2 in a company C1.

Following are the steps involved PGI from P1.

Inbound del at P2

PGR in inbound del at P2

Later Hus are emptied

2. Using same HU can i move goods from P2 of company code C1 to P3 of company code C2.

Following are the steps im trying

Cross company STO from P2 to P3

Out bound del from P2 and assigned emptied HUS

Unable to update HU details in inbound delivery at plant P3

Now whats the correct way to receive goods in P3 plant

Is there any better procedure to transfer goods from one company to other using a HU

Yours procedure seems right.

Is plant P3 storage location is HU managed ??

When ever you do PGR in plant p3 HU will be updated ther
