CCMS Autoreaction - several alerts in one mail

Hello,

Sometimes we get several alerts in one mail. I would like to configure that each mail will represent one alert.

Is there a way to do it ?

Hi dimitry,

When you define your central autoreaction, at execution tab you must select "Individual MTE". If you have selected "Table of several MTEs", when two or more alerts are triggered at the same time, all of them should appear at the same email.

This is what I've configured after I read several Help articles. But sometimes we still get several alerts in one mail.

I would like to add that I'm speaking about central autoreaction from Solution manager.

any idea ? maybe there is something else that should be set ?

which recipient type do you have in CCMS_OnAlert_Email? Do you configure CCMS in your satellite system or in solman? Do you the same system properly added to >1 solution? (#176492)
