Error: Info record for vendor xxxxxxx and material yyyyyyy does not exist

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 4.0, Classic scenario.

While creating the PR from SRM system we are getting the error

info record for vendor xxxxxxxxx and material yyyyyyyyy does not exist

I debugged BADI BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK and found that BAPI_REQUISTION_CREATE table RETURN is populated with this message.

Where is the PR Creation process picking up info record and how to turn it off?

please check the following settings in the customizing transaction : OLME >Environment Data > Define Attributes of System

Messages: System messages > 06 341

This message needs to be switched of.
