SRS is a web based application that does not require a local sapguy on the workstation to run. But instead of this you must run an ITS instance on your application server instead of this. See also [http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/en/fb/89ef37516fdb2be10000009b38f842/frameset.htm]
