Hi,
I am in SRM 5.0 . I am trying to create a shopping cart
The system just hangs . shopping cart is not created
what coulde be the root cause of this error.
Any workgflow part to be checked

Try to create the SC from SRM client GUI with transaction BBPSC01. If it got created succesfully, then it should be the perfomance issue with your ITS. By the way..is it happening in production or non production environment?

Can you save SC with free text item ? (Not Order)
Is there any short dump in ST22 transaction?
